Task Tracking information system
The Task Tracking information system is used to view, enter, track, search, edit and monitor instructions issued by heads of government agencies.
Features of the Task Tracking software: - Registering the regional akim's instructions in the system. - Assigning lead and supporting assignees. - Setting deadlines and monitoring compliance. - Tracking the status of each instruction (in progress, under review, completed, etc.). - Searching and filtering instructions by various parameters (deadline, assignee, status, etc.). - Monitoring overdue instructions and those under special control. - Access control and user role management.
