The system automatically calculates the planned volume of meals based on the shift schedule and the statutory norms that link each employee's occupation to the types of food provision they are entitled to.

The system accurately calculates the planned volume of meals and automates distribution on site, regulating single-serving amounts and preventing abuse. To speed things up and avoid duplicate data, it runs on integrations with the company's HR system and access control system (ACS).

The standard configuration of the automated meal tracking system includes the following modules: - Norms - Meal Allocation - Reporting - Meal Distribution - Self-Service Ordering (optional) - Menu (optional) - Integration Service (to get data from the HR system and ACS) - Central and local database synchronization service - Admin panel

The solution can also include an equipment kit installed at the meal distribution points. The kit includes a cashier terminal, an electronic card reader and employee electronic cards.
