This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the Rating LLP website is processed and protected.
1. General provisions
This Policy has been drawn up in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Its Protection and sets out how Rating LLP (the Company) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of site users.
By submitting a form on the site, the user confirms that they have read the Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out in it.
2. What data we collect
Data the user provides in the site forms: name, phone number, email address, company name, a description of the task, and for internship applications — details from the CV.
Technical data the browser sends automatically: IP address, device and browser type, addresses of the pages viewed, date and time of the visit.
3. Purposes of personal data processing
Personal data is processed to reply to an enquiry, prepare a commercial offer, review a job or internship application and fulfil contractual obligations.
Anonymized technical data is used to analyse traffic and improve how the site works.
4. Sharing data with third parties
The company does not sell or pass personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with the user's consent.
Contractors may be involved in running the site — a hosting provider and analytics services. They access the data only as far as needed to provide their services and must keep it confidential.
5. Data storage and protection
Personal data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing or the law require. Once the purposes are met, the data is destroyed or anonymized.
The company applies organizational and technical protection measures: it limits access to data, uses a secure connection and monitors how its information systems operate.

Users have the right to obtain information about their personal data, to request its correction, addition or deletion, and to withdraw their consent to processing.
