Underground mine radio communication system

We design and commission mine radio systems based on radiating (leaky feeder) cable to provide reliable coverage in underground workings and at mining sites. The work includes installing the system's head-end equipment, amplifiers, matching devices and antenna-feeder paths, and laying and fixing the radiating cable along the mine workings. We connect subscriber devices and portable radios, set up zones of reliable reception and provide backup links. Voice channels, group and individual calls, emergency alerts and priority connections are configured. The system is integrated with the company's dispatch and safety systems. After installation, we test radio coverage and link stability under operating conditions and check that the system works in both normal and emergency modes.
