Telephony and communication systems

We carry out the full scope of work to build and commission telephone systems based on IP, analogue and hybrid technologies for administrative, office and production facilities. The work includes surveying the site and analysing the existing infrastructure, selecting and supplying equipment, installing PBXs and switching and network equipment, laying and connecting subscriber lines and setting up user workstations. We also integrate the telephony system into the company's existing local area network and configure call routing, internal and external lines and service features (call forwarding, hunt groups, voice menus, conference calling). The final stage covers commissioning, testing call quality and channel stability, fixing any issues and putting the system into full operation.
