Fibre-optic communication lines
We build and upgrade fibre-optic lines for administrative, government, production, industrial and process facilities. The work includes laying backbone and distribution optical lines and installing cable support structures, splice closures, cross-connects and distribution cabinets. We splice and terminate fibres, set up end connections and connect active network and telecom equipment. Line parameters are measured with specialized instruments, including attenuation tests and OTDR measurements. The fibre network is integrated with the company's local area, process and telecom networks. Once the work is complete, all connections are checked, as-built documentation is prepared and the system is made ready for commissioning.
